1. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
- Perishable items (e.g., food) are spoiled or not of acceptable quality.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been tampered with, partially consumed, or used.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products returned without original packaging and invoice.
- Perishable items, unless damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact customer support via the Help section of the eeatro app within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide order details, including the order ID and images of the damaged or incorrect item.
- Our team will review the request and arrange a return or replacement if eligible with in 24 hours
4. Return Pick-Up
For eligible returns:
- The delivery partner will collect the item from the original delivery address.
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage.
5. Refund or Replacement
Upon successful return of the item:
- You may choose a replacement, if available.
- Refunds for returned items will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
